Fishing Video:

Simplest fried fish recipe ever and great tasting too! For months I've been working on a great tasting yet simple to prepare fried fish recipe. This fried fish recipe can be used to cook almost any type of filleted fish. The ingredients to this recipe is very simple and for most people, it's already in the kitchen.

Ingredients for this fried fish recipe includes 1lb of filleted fish, any type fish will do fine. For the video I used King fish and Bluefish strips. You will also need vegetable oil, all purpose flour, 1 egg white, salt, pepper and MSG for flavoring. Don't worry about the MSG if you don't have any or would prefer not to use it (MSG is mainly used to enhance the flavor).

Step 1.
Cut filleted fish meat into medium to small strips.

Step 2.
Put fish meat into bowl and mix with one egg white.

Step 3.
Add 1/4 cup of flour, 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper and 1/4tsp MSG with the fish meat and mix.

Step 4.
Preheat oil in pan to medium/high, let the oil sit for about 3-5 minutes.

Step 5.
Once the oil starts to boil and crackle add fish into oil. Let the fish fry for about 3-5 minutes. Then flip the fish and let fry for another 3-5 minutes. Your fried fish is done when golden brown.

I hope you enjoy this fried fish recipe as much as I do. It was designed to be simple and tasty.
